Trust Finance Team

Our Central Finance Team manage all aspects of financial management across our Trust, this ranges from the day-to-day finance operations such as ordering and through to monthly management reporting, budget planning and audits.  Our policies and processes meet the requirements of the Academies Trust Handbook and we follow the Department for Education Chart of Accounts structure. 

The IFPT Finance Team responsibilities include: 

- Management of Trust Finance System

- Collaborative ordering across the Trust

- Pre-requisitions and purchase orders

- Goods receipt management and purchase invoices

- Income management 

- Sales invoicing

- Purchasing card and direct debit management

- Monthly reconciliations

- Monthly management reporting

- Financial analysis of key income, expenditure, grants, staffing and more

- All aspects of extended services financial management

- Budget planning, management and submissions

- Subscriptions and contracts
