Central Team

Inspiring Futures Partnership Trust have a dedicated Central Team with a wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge to support our IFPT academies and initiatives. 

Our central services approach is 'keeping the main thing, the main thing for leaders'  - we provide a fully centralised support, enabling our Academy Leaders to focus on core Teaching and Learning. 

The Central Team offices are based at Chepping View Primary Academy and we regularly work from each of our IFPT academies. 

 The Central Team is responsible for the core operations of the Trust, including:

 - The Quality of Education and School Improvement

- Business Management 

- Finance Operations

- HR Operations

- Estates and Premises

- Compliance

- IT Strategy

- Governance
